Traceable is building a platform for EU manufacturers, importers, and distributors to meet Digital Product Passport requirements for batteries and textiles. We are growing, and looking for people who want to shape how product transparency works in Europe.
Why Traceable
The EU is making product transparency mandatory product group by product group: battery passports under the Battery Regulation from 18 February 2027, and ESPR passports for textiles and other priority groups as their delegated acts are adopted. The market needs a platform that makes compliance accessible, not another consultancy project.
We are building that platform. AI-powered document extraction, multi-portal architecture, GS1 Digital Link compliance, and enterprise-grade security — designed for the companies that actually need to comply, not just the ones that can afford to.

Depth over breadth
We go deep on the regulation, the standards, and the technical implementation. Surface-level work does not build compliance infrastructure.
Ship, then iterate
We ship working software to real users, then improve based on what they actually need — not what a requirements document predicted.
Honesty over optics
We mark features as Beta when they are Beta. We document what we do not do yet. Trust is built by accuracy, not by marketing.
The stack you would work on
We hire for capability rather than job titles, so we do not keep a list of open roles. What we can tell you is what you would actually be building on. TypeScript end to end, React and Next.js on the front, server-side rendering and server actions rather than a separate API tier. PostgreSQL with a typed ORM. Large language models wired into document extraction, with human review before anything reaches a passport. Multi-tenant isolation, role-scoped portals, and a hash-chained, tamper-evident audit trail, because regulators are a real audience for this product. Deployed continuously, monitored properly, and tested at the contract level.
