AI reads every document and maps data to the regulation
The AI analyses each document and identifies compliance-relevant data points. It maps them to the correct fields: Annex XIII of the Battery Regulation for batteries, and Traceable's textile passport template for textiles, pending the ESPR delegated act.
Each extracted value carries a High, Medium or Low confidence rating, so you know where to look first.
You review every extracted value before it enters your compliance record: accept, edit, or reject it.
Publish and comply
Generate a GS1 Digital Link QR code for a product with a GTIN and produce a machine-readable passport. Under ESPR Article 13(1) the Commission was required to set up the digital product passport registry by 19 July 2026, and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1778 sets its rules. As of 26 September 2026 the registry does not yet accept battery registrations; Traceable prepares a registration submission file that you upload in your own registry session.

What if my suppliers won't cooperate?
Suppliers sign in with a one-time email code, at no cost to them, and answer your structured requests. You review each answer before using it in your passport.
What regulations does it cover?
Battery passports under Regulation 2023/1542, and textile passports prepared for ESPR 2024/1781. One engine for both.
Is my data secure?
All data hosted in EU data centres. Encrypted at rest and in transit. GDPR compliant by design. Tamper-evident, hash-chained audit log on every data change. Full data export on request.
