Supplier answers in the portal
The supplier signs in with a one-time code, sees exactly which fields you requested, and enters the values, with links to supporting documents where a field asks for one. It can also decline the request with a reason.
You approve, then publish
Submitted answers appear on your data requests page, where you approve them or send them back with a note. You then enter the approved values in the passport, and your compliance score updates as you do.
A supplier that already works with another Traceable customer answers your requests in the same supplier portal, but separately: its answers to that customer are never shown to you, and its answers to you are never shown to them.
